New Ways to Connect with China: Tourism and International Education Nexus
The new report by the Victoria University, Central University of Finance and Economics (Beijing), Beijing and the Australia China Alumni Association (ACAA) supported by the Council looks at the connectivity between Australia's international education and tourism. It examines the critical yet often overlooked role of Chinese alumni of the Australian education institutions in Australian tourism industry.
The report suggests that Chinese alumni are making a significant contribution to Australian tourism sector and its profile in China. The report also makes recommendations for better engagement between Australia's Chinese alumni and Australian universities, tourism industry and community to maximise the potential and value of alumni networks for the promotion of education, business and personal and professional links between our nations.
