Biography

Ms Collins is a career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and has previously served overseas in Beijing, Shanghai and the Australian Office in Taipei.

Ms Collins speaks Mandarin. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Deakin University.
