This publication is part of a geographic set of trade publications released annually by DFAT. It presents statistical data through 2012 describing Australia's trade with countries in the Americas.

Data presented in this report gives an overview of Australia's trade highlights with the region in 2012 and details the composition and direction of merchandise and services trade with major selected countries. These countries include: the United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Peru. Performance figures for 2010-2012 are listed by country group and individually by major trading partner. This report also includes a feature article describing Australia's imports of aircraft & parts in 2012.
