ChAFTA entered into force on 20 December 2015.

Here you can locate the full text of the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement. The Agreement consists of 17 chapters and related annexes. Two memoranda of understanding and a side letter on Traditional Chinese Medicine were also concluded as part of the overall ChAFTA package but do not form part of the Agreement.
