About the negotiations

The process for engaging stakeholders on the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP-11) was an extension of the Government’s efforts to bring the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) into force. This built upon the extensive consultations undertaken in relation to the original TPP which commenced in 2008.

The Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement negotiations concluded in October 2015. Below are the public submissions received during negotiations.
