Australia Middle East NGO Cooperation Agreement Phase Two (AMENCA2): Program Review 2009-15

Summary of publication

This Program Review assesses the performance and achievements of the 'Australia Middle East NGO Cooperation Agreement' Phase Two (AMENCA2) in the Palestinian Territories.

The report:

  • provides an independent quality and performance appraisal of AMENCA2
  • finds that the program has performed well in relation to relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability, as well as in gender and disability, and
  • makes recommendations about possible future DFAT civil society investments in the Palestinian Territories.
