Summary of publication
DFAT undertook an independent evaluation of Samoa’s National Adaptation Program of Action 4 (NAPA4) in June 2016. The 5 year program was funded by the Australian Government and aimed at strengthening Samoa’s climate early warning systems. This report highlights findings and recommendations of the independent evaluation.
In summary, the evaluation found that progress of NAPA4 was good: the major objectives were achieved with substantial progress towards outcomes.
Following the independent evaluation, DFAT developed a set of management responses to the recommendations of the evaluation.
