My telegram of 17th March, Circular B. 63. 
It is now proposed to address a reply to the note from the German
Embassy which, after referring to the delivery of that
communication, will proceed in the following terms:-
'I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of this
communication whilst making all the necessary reserves which it
may call for.'
