Enhancing understanding of each other’s cultures - lifestyle

To celebrate the first anniversary of direct air links between Australia and China, which began in November 1984, the Australia-China Council contributed to China in Change — a multi-media kit, published by Qantas with the assistance of the Curriculum Development Centre in Canberra and the State Commission of Education in Beijing. The kit captured examples of eight families in China to illustrate the accelerated pace of change and how it was affecting everyday life.
