Project Description

Baseball Victoria (BV) is providing aspiring young Australian female baseball players with increased opportunities to develop within the sport by undertaking a cultural exchange with their Japanese counterparts.

The program which aligns with Baseball Victoria's current charter structure aims to provide equal playing opportunities for young female players.

The program will help foster positive working relationships between Australian and Japanese baseball organisations, exposing participants to each country's unique heritage, culture, language and baseball programs.
