Project Description

As one of the outcomes of the existing collaboration between University of Newcastle (UON) and Pusan National University (PNU), the International Collaborative Centre for Carbon Futures (ICCCF) has been successfully established which develops a collaborative research network among researchers from the UON and PNU. Targeting at strengthening the existing international collaborations, this project will focus on the enhancement of research capacity of the centre through research workshops and exchange programs for students and researchers. These activities are expected to facilitate joint research projects and eventually lead to successful engagement of industry partners to work collaboratively in the field of sustainable energy generation for reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and increase of the sustainability of power generation in Australia and Korea.
