Project Description

Set in the fascinating world of professional golf, The Fair Way, is a 12-part, scripted TV comedy series. Told from the perspective of characters both on and off the tour, The Fair Way strives to promote cultural understanding and awareness through entertainment.

Spanning two golf loving nations, Australia and Korea, The Fair Way takes a rollicking look at not just the people who play golf, but the huge spectacle that surrounds the worlds top players. From the caddies, sponsors, agents, publicists and coaches to the product launches, amateur events, media commentators and officials.

The Fair Way's goal is to showcase the similarities between our two countries; our shared interests, passions, cultural touchstones and senses of humour. The program pays particular attention to themes surrounding friendship and global identity across racial and cultural lines.

Given golfs global appeal, The Fair Way prides itself on having a diverse, international cast of characters and storylines, with the series written, directed, produced and filmed in both Australia and Korea. The series is also designed to feature real-world celebrities, sports stars, brands, events, locations and tourism messaging. 

The Fair Way's global distribution strategy includes Free to Air TV, Streaming/Cable, Online, Airline and Social Media.
