This initiative brought together female Sport for Development (S4D) practitioners from across Australia and a number of Arab countries to exchange skills in implementing effective community sport programs.

The 5-day women in sports leadership forum held at the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence allowed cross-cultural exchange and a unique learning environment for workshops on leadership, football and social change programs. The participants hope to use their improved S4D skills to build social cohesion, improve health, support gender equality and provide education in their communities.
