The New Colombo Plan Scholarship Program

The New Colombo Plan Scholarship Program provides opportunities for Australian undergraduate students to undertake semester-based study and internships or mentorships in 40 participating Indo-Pacific locations.

The New Colombo Plan Scholarship program is open to Australian undergraduates aged 18–28 currently studying at Australian universities.

The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Senator the Hon Marise Payne and the Minister for Education, the Hon Dan Tehan MP have announced 125 New Colombo Plan scholarships to undergraduates to live, study, learn languages and gain work experience in 24 host locations across the Indo-Pacific in 2019.
