From 1 March 2020, the ARF will no longer apply to contracts entered into after that date, with ARF conditions not included in tender documentation from today, 20 February 2020.

Current contracts, including contract extension options, will remain under ARF conditions until those contracts have concluded. DFAT will not be entering into contract variation negotiations for existing contracts.
