DFAT22-IMD-09 - Intended approach to market for IT Service Desk services

DFAT will soon approach the market for IT Service Desk and uplift for managing IT services, through a one-step procurement process advertised on AusTender.

The IT Service Desk would deliver 24/7 first level, and limited second level, ICT support services across DFAT’s Protected and Secret classified networks.

The IT Service Desk would support over 13,000 users, including Partner Client Agencies on DFAT’s International Communication Network, at more than 120 global locations.
