Mr Michael Hoy

Mr Hoy is a career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and was most recently Senior Adviser, Quad, Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.

He has previously served overseas in Japan, Belgium, Afghanistan, Vietnam and at Australia's Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York.

Mr Hoy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Bond University and a Master of International Law Trade from the University of Canberra. He also speaks Japanese, Vietnamese and French.
