Summary of publication
This document reviews the ATLASS program's progress and finds ATLASS generally made efficient use of time and resources. The document notes implementation was hampered by some recruitment challenges and suggests additional support for specialist trainees will be required. The review recommends a new five-year program of specialised services - focused at the district-level - which better contributes to the priorities of the Country Strategy and the East Timor Strategic Development Plan.
