Summary of publication
Launched in March 2015, Data for Health is a US$100 million, four-year program supporting 20 low and middle-income countries in Africa, Asia, the Pacific, and Latin America. The Initiative is strengthening how countries collect and use health data so that governments can better target health funding and improve the health of their populations.
This Philippines Country Case Study was prepared as part of the Bloomberg Philanthropies Data for Health Mid-term Review. It provides an overview of Data for Health's progress in the Philippines, at the Initiative's mid-way point for implementation.
