Summary of publication

This Document supports the extension of the Planning and Financial Management Capacity Building Program until November 2012. The extension is needed to allow for the program to assist in the implementation of the Strategic Plan of East Timor's Ministry of Finance, and to develop arrangements for a follow-on program of support after the conclusion of the program. This extension of the program was achieved at no additional cost.
