Summary of publication

This is the 2009 trust fund administration agreement between DFAT and the World Bank for the Stolen Asset Recovery Initiative (StAR). StAR is a joint initiative between the World Bank and the UN Office on Drugs and Crime. StAR works with developing countries and financial centres to prevent the laundering of the proceeds of corruption and facilitate timely return of stolen assets.
