Description
The International Workplan for Humanitarian Accountability Partnership International (HAP) 2013 presents the HAP strategic priorities, expected outcomes, and activity focus areas for 2013 that enhance the accountability of humanitarian action to beneficiaries. HAP is the humanitarian sector's first international self-regulatory body, and its mission is to make humanitarian action accountable to its intended beneficiaries through self-regulation by its members, compliance verification and quality assurance certification.
