Description

This document is an Independent Evaluation of AusAID's collaboration with the multilateral development banks in South Asia, conducted in May 2012 by Raymond Mallon and Simon Ernst. The report evaluated the AusAID-ADB South Asia Development Partnership Facility and the AusAID-World Bank (South Asia Region) Facility for Decentralisation, Local Governance and Service Delivery. The report includes an overview of the two facilities, an evaluation of the sub-projects funded under the facilities and an assessment of the partnerships and AusAID's visibility.
