Summary of publication

This document sets out the design of the 2013-18 Australian Development Scholarships (ADS) program for Mongolians to study in Australia at masters level. The Mongolian Government had identified a need to strengthen the capacity and accountability of public service institutions, the private sector and civil society.

There are two categories of ADS scholarships:

• Category 1, public sector employees
• Category 2,employees in the private and civil society sectors, including private universities, non-government organisations and community service organisations.
