Summary of publication
This evaluation assesses the performance of the sustainable and inclusive economic growth portfolio of the 2015-16 to 2018-19 Pakistan Aid Investment Plan and makes recommendations for taking the portfolio forward.
The report focusses on the performance of the economic growth portfolio as a whole, concluding that it has been well-targeted and has made efficient use of available resources. The report provides a good analysis of the scale, drivers and consequences of poverty in Pakistan, and the role Australian ODA can play to address them under the next Pakistan Aid Investment Plan.
