Summary of publication

This activity design document provides the context and rationale for Australia's assistance, strategy, implementation arrangement, schedule and budget details. This document outlines the program's aims which are to decrease the vulnerability of Manila to natural hazards and increase future resilience against these disasters. The project (2010-2013) covers Metro Manila and the provinces of Rizal and Bulacan. It is implemented with UNDP and the NDRRMC-CSCAND in cooperation with the Metro Manila Development Authority.
