Summary of publication

This document describes one component of AusAID's program to support the Philippine government's efforts to use public-private partnerships to meet the country's critical infrastructure needs. It outlines the focus of the program, the priority areas for capacity building assistance, the partnership arrangements between AusAID, the ADB and Canada, as well as the financial contributions of AusAID, the ADB and Canada. The annexes provide more detail of the program.
