This document is the strategic plan on improving information technology in Kiribati. The Plan will help create an IT environment that will enable improvements in business process administration. This will better position the tax division to manage the larger policy reforms that the Government of Kiribati wishes to implement in the near future. Included in the document are:

• Current State Assessment of IT Systems
• Future State Assessment
• The Transition Plan, including key recommendations
• Implementation Approach, including key recommendations.
