Summary of publication

This document explains the understandings, intentions, responsibilities, and contributions of the Governments of Australia and the Philippines in regard to the Philippines-Australia Public Financial Management Program (PFMP). This arrangement describes the overall goal and strategic objectives of the program. The overall goal of the program is improvement in the efficiency, accountability and transparency of public fund use in the Philippines to enable better service delivery.
