Summary of publication

This is an independent evaluation of Australian aid to water supply and sanitation service delivery in East Timor and Indonesia.

The Mid-Term Review of Third Water Supply and Sanitation for Low Income Communities (PAMSIMAS) Project was undertaken by a World Bank mission in September to November 2010. The review looked at overall progress of the project, evaluated performance in terms of impact and assessed whether there was any need to rebalance the project to achieve its stated objectives.
