This document is an annual monitoring report on Pacific Centre progress towards internal operating values and its 'keeping on track' monitoring and evaluation framework.
The report includes internal feedback from staff, and external feedback from partners, on the Pacific Centre's progress towards its 'internal operating values' (such as becoming a supportive learning environment, gender mainstreaming and human rights based approaches, and realisation of One UNDP and One UN). The report contains 23 recommendations, such as:
- review the centre's organisational arrangements
- increase availability of technical staff for rapid deployment
- improve external communication
- clarify strategic direction
- find ways to increase use of local expertise.
