Summary of publication

This publication is the mid-term review of the Vanuatu Education Support Program (VESP) (2013-2017). The review assesses progress towards intermediate outcomes and recommends strategies to improve the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency. The review will also inform the next phase of support.
