DFAT is planning two Regional Big Meet events in Papua New Guinea for early November 2023. These will be in-person events only.

To assist us in our preparations, we're calling for registrations of interest in these events.

As part of your registration of interest, please indicate:

1. Your preferred event location; Port Moresby or Lae;
2. If you would like to have a trade booth; and
3. If you have any specific questions that you would like to be addressed at the event.

Please also forward to any colleagues, networks or stakeholders that you think may be interested and encourage them to register if they are.

It is intended that these will be two separate 1-day events in each location, Port Moresby AND Lae.

Event date/s to be confirmed.

At the completion of the registration of interest process, event dates and venues will be selected, DFAT will notify all interested participants and you will be able to formally register for your preferred event. The event/s will also be publicly advertised on our DFAT Suppliers Network LinkedIn page. Please note that your response to this registration of interest does not mean that you will be automatically registered to attend your preferred event. Interested parties will need to register again when the event is formally advertised in coming weeks.
