Airport facilitation request

Please submit requests at least five working days before the visitor's arrival in Australia. Protocol Branch can't guarantee facilitation for requests at short notice. Call the Protocol Branch emergency duty officer outside of business hours on 0418 167 127 to notify any urgent changes.

Airport facilitation does not include access to airport VIP rooms. Embassies and consulates need to book these directly with airports, please read the information provided in chapter 14.3.4.
