Bilateral relations
Australia and Saint Kitts and Nevis established diplomatic relations in 1986. Australia’s High Commissioner in Port of Spain has non-resident accreditation to Saint Kitts and Nevis.
Saint Kitts and Nevis does not have official representation in Australia.
Australia and Saint Kitts and Nevis are members of the Commonwealth, World Trade Organisation (WTO), United Nations (UN), and UNESCO World Heritage Committee.
Saint Kitts and Nevis is a member of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), Association of Caribbean States (ACS), Organization of American States (OAS), Africa, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Group of States and the Small Island Developing States (SIDS) grouping.
