The Australia-ASEAN Council supported two programs to enhance networks and promote collaboration between Australia and the countries of Southeast Asia:

• Australia-ASEAN Emerging Leaders Program (A2ELP)
• Australia-ASEAN Muslim Exchange Program (AAMEP)
