Mr Glenn Miles

Mr Miles is a senior career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and was most recently Australia's Special Representative on Afghanistan in Doha.

He has previously served overseas as Head of Mission in Egypt, Lebanon and Kuwait, Head of the Australian Representative Office in Ramallah, and has had postings in Fiji, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

Mr Miles holds a Diploma in Foreign Affairs and Trade from Deakin University and speaks Arabic.
