Summary of publication
The mid-term review was undertaken from the end of July 2015 until mid-September 2015 by a small team, comprising of a team leader, monitoring and evaluation specialist and DFAT's regional evaluation manager. The review involved extensive analysis of program documentation, DFAT publications and other relevant material, as well as consultations with contractor staff and on-award students.
