Summary of publication

This document is the Kiribati TVET Sector Strengthening Program–Phase I Annual Performance Assessment. Annual assessments are is undertaken to evaluate the program's performance and effectiveness. This assessment for 2011 was carried out by a four-person team in February/March 2012. The report presents the key findings from the assessment and recommends changes to strengthen the program's performance over the final months of Phase I.
