Summary of publication

This independent review covers the period of October 2011 to December 2013. Critical issues, conclusions and recommendations are based on detailed document review, field inspections and semi-structured interviews with 56 women and 142 men in Vientiane Capital, five Provinces and eight Districts of Lao PDR. The review was conducted in February 2014.
