This report contains evaluation findings and lessons learned on the implementation of the Community Trust Fund and recommendations on its management.

Description

The ADSMCP CTF (Agusan del Sur Malaria Control and Prevention Project Community Trust Fund) remains relevant to the needs of the people of Agusan del Sur as ready source for malaria commodities during outbreaks. In collaboration with the Global Fund managed by the Filipinas Shell Foundation (PSFI), the CTF has been effective in combatting malaria. Four options for future management have been put forward. Transitioning to PSFI's oversight management of ADSMCP CTF was deemed as most feasible and viable option.
