Summary of publication

This Organisational Review of Timor-Leste's Civil Service Commission was conducted in partnership with, and at the request of the Commission. It reviews the structure and performance of the Commission and makes recommendations designed to assist the Commission develop its capabilities to effectively meet its mandate.
