Summary of publication
This independent evaluation reviews the Fiji Education Sector Program which ran from 2003 until 2009.
The Fiji Education Sector Program (FESP) aim was to support the Fiji Interim Ministry of Education (MoE) to deliver quality education services and improve education outcomes, especially for children in disadvantaged and remote communities. FESP focused on systems strengthening and capacity building (through the provision of technical assistance and funding of training activities). The $28 million program started in June 2003 and was completed on 31 December 2009.
