Summary of publication
The Joint Partnership arrangement guides financial, technical and in-kind contributions of all partners to implement the three-year corporate plan and one-year annual business plans of the Ministry of Health under the Vanuatu Health Sector Strategy 2010-2016. It describes how the partners will cooperate in health, including through annual and monthly meetings to plan and review implementation. It includes detailed information on how the Government of Vanuatu will manage health finances from all sources, and requires partners to keep the Ministry of Health informed of any health expenditures outside the national budget.
