Description

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) expresses the understandings of the Government of Australia and the Government of the Republic of Nauru concerning their respective responsibilities and contributions to the Development Cooperation Program, delivered through the Partnership for Development signed by the Parties on 7 August 2009.


The MoU includes details of the Program such as:

  • purpose
  • coordinating authorities
  • activities
  • specific projects, activities, facilities or initiatives
  • contributions made by both governments.
