This document details the assessment of the quality at entry of the Fiji Women's Crisis Centre, Phase 5 Project Design Document.
The document assesses on a scale of 1 (very poor quality) to 6 (very high quality) the quality of the Fiji Women's Crisis Centre, Phase 5 Project Design Document. The report rates the design 'good quality' (5) for clear objectives, sustainability and implementation and risk management. It rates the design 'very high quality' (6) for analysis and lessons, and 'adequate' (4) on monitoring and evaluation. Recommended actions to improve monitoring and evaluation include allocating responsibility for progress monitoring, and applying a more systematic and comprehensive approach (e.g. adding baseline data to the design, documenting good practice and lessons learned in partnership with UNIFEM, and measuring the accessibility of services to women with disabilities).
