Summary of publication

This document is the Partnership Principles (PP) for the Royal Government of Cambodia's Public Financial Management Reform Program.

These PPs seek to establish the basic principles that would inform such a partnership for the RGC Public Financial Management (PFM) reform program, through guiding inter-partner and partner-government coordination modalities.
