An Investment Concept for a proposed new program in Timor-Leste — PARTISIPA (2021-2031, up to AUD80 million) — is provided for the information of the market and prospective tenderers. It is likely that DFAT will require a Contractor to provide management services for PARTISIPA. If approved, the proposed procurement will be listed on the AusTender website when it is released to market.
DFAT welcomes comments* from interested parties on the Investment Concept Note for consideration ahead of the finalisation of the Investment Design Document. Comments may be sent to Erin.Gleeson@dfat.gov.au before 1 March 2020.
