Summary of publication

This document is the design for the Indo-Pacific Justice and Security Program (IP-JuSP). The program was designed to continue the Attorney-General’s Department’s (AGD) justice and security programming focused mainly in Asia. AGD has provided demand-driven technical assistance and capacity building to law and justice agencies in key partner countries in the Indo-Pacific for over twenty years, predominantly to address transnational crime and other security related threats.

The agreement for delivery of the Indo-Pacific Justice and Security Program transferred to the Department of Home Affairs through a Machinery of Government decision.
