The COVID-19 Development Response Plan for Papua New Guinea has been extended through 2022-23.

In 2022‑23, the Papua New Guinea program will further integrate COVID-19 measures with broader health systems strengthening programs; leverage economic and fiscal support to meet structural challenges in PNG’s economy and build resilience to future shocks; and intensify our assistance for gender equality.
